Who are you praying for? It seems to me that as a Christian we can always be praying for those around us, that God would move in their life and guide them, strengthen them, heal them, etc. Are you praying for someone who does not know God or is far from God. Why not jot down 2-3 people on a note card and begin to pray for them every day. I used to pray for my granddad often and was told that he came to have peace with God in the last days of his life. While you pray for these people, offer to bring them to church and then take them to lunch (just don't rail on the preacher at lunch, LOL).
I have enjoyed teaching our combined Sunday School class for the past couple of weeks. In two weeks we are going to talk about using our spiriutal gifts (yes you have at least one, probably more!). You can print out this test and take it, https://www.lifeway.com/lwc/files/lwcF_PDF_Discover_Your_Spiritual_Gifts.pdf, or go to http://giftstest.com/test and take an online version. Our goal is to have everyone in the church take a spiritual gifts test, because when we use our gifts, we find our purpose in life.
